Current Vendors

Returning vendors and new vendors who have already received approval to attend for the 2024 season may download the 2024 Market Rules and Regulations Document, the Approved Vendor Stall Application 2024, and the 2024 Brookline Health Dept. App Form by clicking the links below under CURRENT VENDOR FORMS. DO NOT USE THESE FORMS UNLESS WE HAVE INFORMED YOU BY EMAIL THAT YOU ARE AN APPROVED VENDOR for 2024 and directly asked you to fill out these forms.

Please mail your completed Approved Vendor Stall Application, and Certificates of Insurance (COI), to the address at the top of the page of the Stall Application, so that they arrive to our office by April 1st, 2024.  Or you may email scans of the documents to us at the address listed on the application.

NOTE - Health Dept. Registrations for the 2024 season - You should send in the 2024 Brookline-Health-Dept. App.PDF form (you can click on to download below this paragraph to the right) so that they arrive to the Health Dept. by April 1st, 2024, with the check for the fee, and all your supporting documents. The Health Department form gets sent to the Brookline Health Dept. (address is on the form), not to us! They will then contact you if they need any additional materials from you to register you for 2024.

New Vendor Inquiries

If you are NOT a returning vendor from 2023 then this information is for you. Thank you for your interest in the Brookline Farmers’ Market

We are always accepting applications from new vendors. We will only accept vendors who either grow their product(s) in the New England Area or locally produce, rather than grow, a product, in the New England Area (containing all, or mostly, locally grown ingredients). We do make just a few exceptions for products not grown or produced in New England, such as Olive Oil, Chocolate, or Coffee.

This is not a “first come, first served” kind of waiting list.  We strive to keep a certain balance of products at the market, so we assess vendors based on our needs at the time we are filling an empty spot.

Please fill in the “Message” block below with information about your company with links to your website or any other social media sites. We often get inquiries from people that lack any information other than their name. We need to learn about you and what you grow or produce! Filling out this email form does NOT guarantee you a spot in our market. We receive many many requests from potential new vendors each year, but unfortunately space limitations of the market mean we can accept only just a few new vendors each year.

Please only fill out this form if you have an actual existing business with your local municipalities Health Dept. Permits and Business Liability Insurance all available to share with us if we ask.

*Please keep in mind that the market does not have electricity. Hot and cold holding of your product must be able to be achieved by non electrical means, or by use of a generator if you are able to bring your own.

Application for Non-Profit and Community Groups

Are you a local non-profit community group interested in having a table for one Thursday at our market? We are happy to be able to partner with Inspo:Expo who arranges for our community members to make their voices heard at the Brookline Farmers’ Market. If you are part of a non-profit org or grassroots group and you are looking for volunteers to help out, this is the place for you! (If you are a school or a non-profit simply looking to spread the word for new clients or cash donations, this is not the route; you are welcome to come to the market and stand outside the entrance with materials.)

Please note that Inspo:Expo tables are NOT allowed to sell any merchandise or food (Inspo tables are not vendors), and tables are not allowed to promote political candidates or current office holders. Please fill out the form below if you would like to apply for an Inspo table. All forms will be sent directly to Inspo:Expo, which coordinates non-profit groups for us.

Some info from Inspo:Expo:

Inspo:Expo launched in October 2017 with our first-ever Brookline Action Fair. Over 300 people learned about 70+ social action projects run by their neighbors. Since then, we have had additional fairs and events, both in-person and online.

This summer, Inspo:Expo is delighted to partner again with the Brookline Farmers’ Market to have a rotating Inspo:Expo table to spread the word about our social action projects and get more of us involved in doing good. We are grateful to the Farmers’ Market to help make Inspo:Expo not just a moment, but a movement.  “Inspo” means “something that serves as inspiration.” Interested in being an inspiration to someone else? Want to learn how to sign up for a table to spread the word about your social action project? Visit us on Facebook @InspoExpo or email Hadassah Margolis, Founder, at inspoexpo.brookline@gmail.com. Inspo:Expo. Get inspired. Volunteer. Take a stand.
